S & T Capital Credits

Every year since 1986, S&T Telephone Cooperative Association has returned to its members a percentage of the Association's profits in the form of Capital Credit allocations. These payments are based on the usage of the members' telephone in the year under consideration. Each year many of the refund checks are returned to S&T because of an incorrect address. This usually happens when a former patron moves and does not apprise S&T of their new address.
